( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ: أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
مَنْ أَهْدَى بَدَنَةً فَضَلَّتْ أَوْ مَاتَتْ فَإِنَّهَا إِنْ كَانَتْ نَذْرًا أَبْدَلَهَا، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ تَطَوُّعًا فَإِنْ شَاءَ أَبْدَلَهَا، وَإِنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَهَا
