أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، أَنَا أَبُو سَهْلٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَنَا شُعَيْبٌ قَالَ: قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ: أَوَّلُ مَنْ كَشَفَ الْعَمَى عَنِ النَّاسِ، وَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ السُّنَّةَ فِي ذَلِكَ عَائِشَةُ زَوْجُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ: فَأَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ، وَعَمْرَةُ بِنْتُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَتْ:

إِنْ كُنْتُ أَفْتِلُ قَلَائِدَ الْهَدْيِ، هَدْيِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَيَبْعَثُ بِهَدْيِهِ مُقَلَّدًا، وَهُوَ مُقِيمٌ بِالْمَدِينَةِ، ثُمَّ لَا يَجْتَنِبُ شَيْئًا حَتَّى يَنْحَرَ هَدْيَهُ فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ النَّاسَ قَوْلُ عَائِشَةَ هَذَا أَخَذُوا بِقَوْلِهَا، وَتَرَكُوا فَتْوَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
