أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ الْبَزَّازُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَاكِهِيُّ بِمَكَّةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي مَسَرَّةَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْرَقِيُّ، ثَنَا حَسَّانُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ

فِي امْرَأَةٍ لَهَا مَالٌ تَسْتَأْذِنُ زَوْجَهَا فِي الْحَجِّ فَلَا يَأْذَنُ لَهَا قَالَ: قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ الصَّائِغُ، قَالَ نَافِعٌ، قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ: عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: لَيْسَ لَهَا أَنْ تَنْطَلِقَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ تُسَافِرَ ثَلَاثَ لَيَالٍ إِلَّا وَمَعَهَا ذُو مَحْرَمٍ تَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِ.
