( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَنَا حَسَّانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثَنَا الْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ:

أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَاهُ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي قَتَلْتُ قَمْلَةً، وَأَنَا مُحْرِمٌ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ ؓ: أَهْوَنُ قَتِيلٍ
