( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا رَوْحٌ، ثَنَا عُيَيْنَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جَوْشَنٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
قَالَ رَجُلٌ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَحُكُّ رَأْسِي وَأَنَا مُحْرِمٌ ؟ قَالَ: فَأَدْخَلَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ يَدَهُ فِي شَعَرِهِ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، فَحَكَّ رَأْسَهُ بِهَا حَكًّا شَدِيدًا قَالَ: أَمَّا أَنَا فَأَصْنَعُ هَكَذَا، قَالَ: أَفَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ قَتَلْتُ قَمْلَةً ؟ قَالَ: بَعُدْتَ، مَا لِلْقَمْلَةِ مَا يُغْنَى مِنْ حَكِّ رَأْسِكَ، وَمَا إِيَّاهَا أَرَدْتُ، وَمَا نُهِيتُمْ إِلَّا عَنْ قَتْلِ الصَّيْدِ
