وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلَافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ:

أَنَّهُ رَأَى عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ يُقَرِّدُ بَعِيرًا لَهُ فِي طِينٍ بِالسُّقْيَا
