وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ مَالِكٌ:
الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ الَّذِي أُمِرَ الْمُحْرِمُ بِقَتْلِهِ إِنَّ كُلَّ مَا عَقَرَ النَّاسَ وَعَدَا عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَخَافَهُمْ مِثْلَ الْأَسَدِ، وَالنَّمِرِ، وَالْفَهْدِ، وَالذِّئْبِ فَهُوَ الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
