( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ بَحْرٍ، ثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَجْلَانَ، عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

خَمْسٌ قَتْلُهُنَّ حَلَالٌ فِي الْحَرَمِ: الْحَيَّةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
