أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الصَّيْرَفِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، ثَنَا مَطَرٌ الْوَرَّاقُ أَنَّ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنَ قُرَّةَ حَدَّثَهُمْ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ:

أَنَّ رَجُلًا مُحْرِمًا أَوْطَأَ رَاحِلَتَهُ أُدْحِيَّ نَعَامٍ فَانْطَلَقَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ؓ فَسَأَلَهُ، عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ: عَلَيْكَ فِي كُلِّ بَيْضَةٍ ضِرَابُ نَاقَةٍ أَوْ جَنِينُ نَاقَةٍ. فَانْطَلَقَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى نَبِيِّ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرَهُ مَا قَالَ عَلِيٌّ، فَقَالَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ ﷺ: قَدْ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ مَا تَسْمَعُ، وَلَكِنْ هَلُمَّ إِلَى الرُّخْصَةِ؛ عَلَيْكَ فِي كُلِّ بَيْضَةٍ صِيَامُ يَوْمٍ أَوْ إِطْعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ
