وَفِيمَا أَجَازَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ رِوَايَتَهُ عَنْهُ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، وَيُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ، وَمَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَغْلَقَ بَابَهُ عَلَى حَمَامَةٍ، وَفَرْخَيْهَا، ثُمَّ انْطَلَقَ إِلَى عَرَفَاتٍ، وَمِنًى فَرَجَعَ، وَقَدْ مُوِّتَتْ فَأَتَى ابْنَ عُمَرَ فَذَكَرَ لَهُ ذَلِكَ فَجَعَلَ عَلَيْهِ ثَلَاثًا مِنَ الْغَنَمِ، وَحَكَمَ مَعَهُ رَجُلٌ
