حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ
أَنَّهُ قَضَى فِيمَنْ زَنَى وَلَمْ يُحْصَنْ أَنْ يُنْفَى عَامًا مَعَ الْحَدِّ عَلَيْهِ

✧ He ruled that one who committed adultery and was not married should be exiled for a year along with the prescribed punishment.
