حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ وَحَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

أَنَا أَشْبَهُكُمْ صَلَاةً بِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا قَالَ: سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ، قَالَ: وَكَانَ يُكَبِّرُ إِذَا رَكَعَ، وَإِذَا قَامَ مِنَ السُّجُودِ، وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ.

✧ I am the one among you whose prayer most resembles that of the Messenger of God ﷺ. When the Messenger of God ﷺ said, 'God hears the one who praises Him,' he would say, 'O God, our Lord, to You belongs praise.' He said: And he used to say the takbir when he bowed, when he rose from prostration, and when he raised his head from the two prostrations.
