وَكَانَ إِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرَّكْعَةِ الْآخِرَةِ يَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ عَيَّاشَ بْنَ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ، اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ سَلَمَةَ بْنَ هِشَامٍ، اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ الْوَلِيدَ بْنَ الْوَلِيدِ، اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، اللَّهُمَّ اشْدُدْ وَطْأَتَكَ عَلَى مُضَرَ، اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهَا سِنِينَ كَسِنِي يُوسُفَ [عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ].
Translation
✧ And when he raised his head from the last rak'ah, he would say: "O Allah, save 'Ayyash b. Abi Rabi'ah; O Allah, save Salamah b. Hisham; O Allah, save al-Walid b. al-Walid; O Allah, save the weak among the believers; O Allah, tighten Your grip on Mudar; O Allah, make it years like the years of Yusuf ﷺ."
