حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ قَالَسَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ يَقُولُ

الدَّابَّةُ الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

Translation

✧ The unintentional harm caused by a dumb animal is without liability, the well is without liability, the mine is without liability, and on buried treasure the fifth is due.
