حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَفَعَهُ

نَهَى عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَهُوَ اشْتِرَاءُ الزَّرْعِ وَهُوَ فِي سُنْبُلِهِ بِالْحِنْطَةِ، وَنَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَهُوَ اشْتِرَاءُ الثِّمَارِ بِالتَّمْرِ.
