حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ

مَنِ اطَّلَعَ فِي بَيْتِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَفَقَؤُوا عَيْنَهُ فَلَا دِيَةَ لَهُ وَلَا قِصَاصَ

Translation
