حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ بَحْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
لمَّا خَلَقَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ خَلْقَهُ كَتَبَ: غَلَبَتْ - أَوْ سَبَقَتْ - رَحْمَتِي غَضَبِي، فَهُوَ عِنْدَهُ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ
