حَدَّثَنَا شُجَاعُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ ذَكَرَ خَلَفُ بْنُ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَبْدِ خَيْرٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ

سَبَقَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ، وَصَلَّى أَبُو بَكْرٍ، وَثَلَّثَ عُمَرُ، ثُمَّ خَبَطَتْنَا، أَوْ أَصَابَتْنَا، فِتْنَةٌ، يَعْفُو اللهُ عَمَّنْ يَشَاءُ

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ went first, Abu Bakr prayed second, Umar came third, then turmoil struck us—God forgives whom He wills.
