حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

لَا يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ، وَلَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلَا تَلَقَّوُا السِّلَعَ.

Translation

✧ None of you should sell over the sale of another, nor should a settled person sell on behalf of a bedouin, nor should you practice najash (bid up prices without intent to buy), nor should you go out to meet the trade caravans.
