✧ The companions of the Prophet ﷺ discussed truffles, saying: They are the smallpox of the earth, and we do not think eating them is appropriate. [He said] That reached the Messenger of God ﷺ, and he said: The truffle is from manna, and its water is a healing for the eye. And the 'ajwah date is from Paradise, and it is a healing from poison.
