حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ وَعَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ قَالَ لِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ مَا تَقُولُ فِي الْعُمْرَى؟ قُلْتُ حَدَّثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ
الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ
