وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
لَا يَقُلِ ابْنُ آدَمَ: وَاخَيْبَةَ الدَّهْرِ، إِنِّي أَنَا الدَّهْرُ، أُرْسِلُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ، فَإِذَا شِئْتُ قَبَضْتُهُمَا
Translation
Chain of narrators
- Rasūl Allāh ﷺ
✧ And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The son of Adam should not say, 'I am defeated by time.' Indeed, I am time. I alternate the night and the day. So, if I will, I seize them both."
