حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

الْكَمْأَةُ مِنَ الْمَنِّ، وَمَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلْعَيْنِ. وَالْعَجْوَةُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَمَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ مِنَ السُّمِّ

Translation

  4. Shahr b. Ḥawshab
  5. Abū Hurayrah
  6. al-Nabī ﷺ

"Al-'Ajwah is from Paradise and it contains a cure for poison. Truffles are a form of manna, and its liquid is a cure for the eye." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2066)
