حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
نَعَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ النَّجَاشِيَّ لِأَصْحَابِهِ وَهُوَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ، فَصَفُّوا خَلْفَهُ، فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ وَكَبَّرَ أَرْبَعًا

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ announced the death of the Negus to his companions while he was in Madinah. They lined up behind him, and he prayed over him and said four takbirs.
