حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ عَنْ عَوْفٍ عَنْ خِلَاسِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

مَنِ اشْتَرَى لِقْحَةً مُصَرَّاةً، أَوْ شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَحَلَبَهَا فَهُوَ بِأَحَدِ النَّظَرَيْنِ بِالْخِيَارِ إِلَى أَنْ يَحُوزَهَا، أَوْ يَرُدَّهَا وَإِنَاءً مِنْ طَعَامٍ

Translation

  5. Rasūl Allāh ﷺ

✧ Whoever buys a camel or sheep that has been left unmilked and then milks it, he has the choice between two alternatives: to keep it or to return it along with a measure of food.
