حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ
لَوْ كَانَ أُحُدٌ عِنْدِي ذَهَبًا لَسَرَّنِي أَنْ أُنْفِقَهُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، وَأَنْ لَا يَأْتِيَ عَلَيْهِ ثَالِثَةٌ وَعِنْدِي مِنْهُ دِينَارٌ وَلَا دِرْهَمٌ إِلَّا شَيْءٌ أَرْصُدُهُ فِي دَيْنٍ يَكُونُ عَلَيَّ

✧ If I had gold equal to Mount Uhud, it would please me that I spend it in the path of Allah, and that not a third of it should remain while I have a dinar or a dirham of it, except something I set aside for a debt that I owe.
