Musnad Ahmad 734

Translation

✧ A man asked ‘Ali about the cow. He said: “For seven.” He said: “With a broken horn?” He said: “It does not harm you.” He said: “The lame one?” He said: “When it reaches the place of sacrifice, then slaughter it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded us to examine the eyes and the ears.”
