Musnad Ahmad 7321
إِنَّمَا مَثَلِي وَمَثَلُ النَّاسِ كَمَثَلِ رَجُلٍ اسْتَوْقَدَ نَارًا فَلَمَّا أَضَاءَتْ مَا حَوْلَهُ جَعَلَ الْفَرَاشُ وَالدَّوَابُّ تَتَقَحَّمُ فِيهَا فَأَنَا آخِذٌ بِحُجَزِكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ تَوَاقَعُونَ فِيهَا
Translation
✧ My likeness and the likeness of the people is like a man who lit a fire, and when it illuminated what was around him, moths and creatures began falling into it. I am holding onto your waist-wrappers while you are plunging into it.
