حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا اطَّلَعَ ( وَقَالَ مَرَّةً: لَوْ أَنَّ امْرَأً اطَّلَعَ ) بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِكَ، فَخَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ، فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ جُنَاحٌ

✧ If a man were to look in (and once he said: if a person were to look in) without your permission, and you threw a pebble at him and put out his eye, there would be no sin upon you.
