✧ Allah, Mighty and Majestic, has undertaken for the one who goes out in His cause—only going out for jihad in My cause, faith in Me, and belief in My messengers—that I will guarantee to admit him to Paradise or return him to his dwelling from which he set out, obtaining the reward or spoils he has gained. By the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, no wound is inflicted in the cause of Allah except that it will come on the Day of Resurrection as it was on the day it was inflicted: its color the color of blood and its fragrance the fragrance of musk. By the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, were it not that I would burden the Muslims, I would not stay behind any expedition that goes out in the cause of Allah ever, but I do not find the means to mount them, and they do not have the resources, and they would not be pleased to stay behind after me. By the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, I wish I could fight in the cause of Allah and be killed, then fight and be killed, then fight and be killed.
