حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْأَخْنَسِ أَبُو مَالِكٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ
لَا نَذْرَ وَلَا يَمِينَ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ ابْنُ آدَمَ، وَلَا فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَلَا قَطِيعَةِ رَحِمٍ. فَمَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ، فَرَأَى غَيْرَهَا خَيْرًا مِنْهَا فَلْيَدَعْهَا، وَلْيَأْتِ الَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ؛ فَإِنَّ تَرْكَهَا كَفَّارَتُهَا

✧ There is no vow and no oath in what the son of Adam does not own, nor in disobedience to Allah, Mighty and Majestic, nor in severing ties of kinship. Whoever swears an oath and then sees something better than it, let him abandon it and do what is better; for abandoning it is its expiation.

Shuʿayb also has another chain for it, from his father from his grandfather from the Prophet ﷺ, which al-Muthannā b. al-Ṣabbāḥ and others narrate. It seems that both are sound (ṣaḥīḥ).
