✧ Narrated Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-As: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us one day, like he was bidding us farewell, and he said, "I am Muhammad, the illiterate Prophet. I am Muhammad, the illiterate Prophet. I am Muhammad, the illiterate Prophet. There will be no prophet after me. I have been given the opening of speech, and its conclusions. I have been given knowledge of the treasures of the Fire, and was made victorious with terror (in the hearts of my enemies). The entire Earth has been made a sanctuary for me and my nation. So listen and obey me for as long as you live. So when I am gone, resort to the Book of Allah. Permit what it permits and prohibit what it prohibits."
