✧ I heard a man from Muzaynah asking the Prophet ﷺ, and he mentioned something like the hadith of Ibn Idris. He said: And he asked him about fruits and what was in their husks? He said: 'Whoever eats with his mouth and does not take a pouch, nothing is upon him. And whoever is found to have carried away, upon him is double its price and a disciplinary beating. And what is taken from its neck, upon it is cutting if it reaches what is taken from that, the price of a shield.' He said: 'O Messenger of God, what do we find in the frequented road of lost property?' He said: 'Announce it for a year. If its owner comes, then it is his; otherwise it is yours.' He said: 'O Messenger of God, what do we find in ancient ruins?' He said: 'In it, and in buried treasure, is one-fifth.'
