حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا عَامِرٌ الْأَحْوَلُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
لَا نَذْرَ لِابْنِ آدَمَ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ، وَلَا عِتْقَ لِابْنِ آدَمَ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ، وَلَا طَلَاقَ لَهُ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ، وَلَا يَمِينَ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ

Shuʿayb also has another chain for it, from his father from his grandfather from the Prophet ﷺ, which al-Muthannā b. al-Ṣabbāḥ and others narrate. It seems that both are sound (ṣaḥīḥ).
