حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ مَطَرٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ
لَيْسَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ طَلَاقٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ، وَلَا عَتَاقٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ، وَلَا بَيْعٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ
