حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

لَا تَنْتِفُوا الشَّيْبَ فَإِنَّهُ نُورُ الْمُسْلِمِ. مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَشِيبُ شَيْبَةً فِي الْإِسْلَامِ إِلَّا كُتِبَ لَهُ بِهَا حَسَنَةٌ وَرَفَعَهُ بِهَا دَرَجَةً، أَوْ حُطَّ عَنْهُ بِهَا خَطِيئَةٌ

Translation

Chain of narrators

✧ Do not pluck out white hairs, for it is the light of a Muslim. There is no Muslim who grows a white hair in Islam but that a good deed is written for him by it, and he is raised a degree by it, or a sin is removed from him by it.
