حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ أَخْبَرَنَا أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ
مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَسْتَرِدُّ مَا وَهَبَ كَمَثَلِ الْكَلْبِ يَقِيءُ فَيَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ، وَإِذَا اسْتَرَدَّ الْوَاهِبُ فَلْيُوَقَّفْ بِمَا اسْتَرَدَّ ثُمَّ لِيُرَدَّ عَلَيْهِ مَا وَهَبَ
Translation

✧ The likeness of one who takes back what he gave is like a dog that vomits and then eats from it. If the giver takes it back, let him be stopped with what he took back, then let what he gave be returned to him.
