حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
اقْرَأِ الْقُرْآنَ فِي شَهْرٍ، ثُمَّ نَاقَصَنِي وَنَاقَصْتُهُ حَتَّى صَارَ إِلَى سَبْعٍ
Translation

✧ Recite the Quran in a month. Then he kept reducing it for me and I kept asking him to reduce it until it reached seven [days].
