حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْغَرَرِ وَذَلِكَ أَنَّ الْجَاهِلِيَّةَ كَانُوا يَتَبَايَعُونَ بِالشَّارِفِ [إِلَى] حَبَلَ الْحَبَلَةِ، فَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ ذَلِكَ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ forbade sale by uncertain transactions; and that was because the people of the Jahiliyyah used to buy and sell with a camel already old [until] the offspring of the offspring in the womb. So the Messenger of God ﷺ forbade that.
