حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا فَمَالُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ، وَمَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا فِيهَا ثَمَرَةٌ قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
Translation

✧ Whoever sells a slave, his property belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates it. And whoever sells a palm tree in which there is fruit that has been pollinated, its fruit belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates it.
