حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ حَدَّثَنِي حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ

لَا يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ ( أَوْ قَالَ: إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْذَنَ لَهُ ).

✧ A man must not sell over the sale of his brother, and he must not propose marriage except with his permission (or he said: 'unless he gives him permission').
