✧ The Prophet ﷺ prayed the night prayer ('isha') in the last part of his life. When he said the salam, he stood up and said: 'Do you see this night of yours? At the end of a hundred years from it, none of those who are on the face of the earth today will remain.' Abdullah said: The people were perplexed by that statement of the Prophet ﷺ, compared to what they narrate from these hadiths about a hundred years. The Prophet ﷺ only said: 'None of those who are on the face of the earth today will remain,' meaning by that that this generation will pass away.
