Musnad Ahmad 5916

Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ forbade nabīdh made in a green jar. He (the narrator) said: I went to ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAbbās and told him, and he said, 'Ibn ʿUmar has spoken the truth.' He said: I said, 'What is a jar?' He said, 'Anything made of clay.'
