حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا خَارِجَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ جَعَلَ الْحَقَّ عَلَى قَلْبِ عُمَرَ وَلِسَانِهِ، قَالَ: وَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: مَا نَزَلَ بِالنَّاسِ أَمْرٌ قَطُّ فَقَالُوا فِيهِ وَقَالَ فِيهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ، أَوْ قَالَ عُمَرُ، إِلَّا نَزَلَ الْقُرْآنُ عَلَى نَحْوٍ مِمَّا قَالَ عُمَرُ
Translation

✧ Indeed Allah, Mighty and Majestic, placed the truth upon Umar's heart and tongue. He said: And Ibn Umar said: No matter ever befell the people about which they spoke and about which Umar b. al-Khattab spoke—or he said: Umar spoke—except that the Quran was revealed in a manner similar to what Umar said.
