✧ He called out among the people: Prayer is to be held in congregation. That reached Abdullah, so he went quickly to his family, removed the clothes he was wearing, and put on clothes in which he used to come to the Prophet ﷺ. Then he went to the prayer place, while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had already descended from his pulpit and the people were standing before him. He said: What new thing has the Prophet of Allah ﷺ brought today? They said: He forbade nabidh. He said: Which nabidh? He said: He forbade dubba and naqir. He said: I said to Nafi: What about the jar? He said: What is the jar? I said: The hantama. He said: What is the hantama? I said: The qulla. He said: No. I said: What about the muzaffat? He said: What is the muzaffat? I said: The waterskin that is coated with pitch, and the large jar that is coated with pitch. He said: No, that day he only forbade dubba and naqir.
