حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ يَعْنِي السَّخْتِيَانِيَّ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِرَبِّهَا الْأَوَّلِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
Translation
