حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
أَيُّمَا نَخْلٍ بِيعَتْ أُصُولُهَا فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلَّذِي أَبَّرَهَا، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
Translation
