حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، مَا نَقْتُلُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ إِذَا أَحْرَمْنَا ؟ فَقَالَ: خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ: الْحُدَيَّا، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ.

✧ A man said: “O Messenger of God, what may we kill of creatures when we are in iḥrām?” He said: “Five, there is no blame upon the one who kills them in killing them: the kite, the mouse, the crow, the scorpion, and the biting dog.”
