حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْخَالِقِ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ
عِنْدَ مِنْبَرِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ: قَدِمَ وَفْدُ عَبْدِ الْقَيْسِ مَعَ الْأَشَجِّ، فَسَأَلُوا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْأَشْرِبَةِ، فَنَهَاهُمْ عَنِ الْحَنْتَمِ وَالدُّبَّاءِ وَالنَّقِيرِ.

✧ At the pulpit of the Messenger of God ﷺ: The delegation of Abd al-Qays came with al-Ashajj, and they asked the Messenger of God ﷺ about drinks. He forbade them from hantam, dubba, and naqir.
