حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْمَخْزُومِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا اشْتَرَى نَخْلًا قَدْ أَبَّرَهَا صَاحِبُهَا، فَخَاصَمَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّ الثَّمَرَةَ لِصَاحِبِهَا الَّذِي أَبَّرَهَا، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُشْتَرِي.

✧ A man bought palm trees whose owner had already pollinated them. He brought the dispute to the Prophet ﷺ, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that the fruit belonged to its owner who had pollinated it, unless the buyer stipulated otherwise.
